Home extensions & transformations

New space.
Made to belong.

We design, manufacture and install complete modular extensions, garden rooms and conservatory transformations. From the structure and Building Regulations to the internal finish, one team keeps the whole project moving.

You do not need drawings or all the answers. Start with what is not working now and what you would like the room to do better.

Designed around the way you liveProportion, light, flow and everyday use considered together.

One team, one coordinated projectThe structure, approvals and finishing work brought together rather than left as disconnected trades.

Start with a conversationClear, practical advice even when you do not yet have drawings or a finished brief.

A more personal way to build

A small team that stays close to the project.

You should not have to explain the same project to a different person at every stage.

We keep the first conversation, survey, proposal and practical delivery connected. That means clearer decisions, fewer gaps between trades and somebody taking responsibility for moving the whole job forward.

In preparation

A show site you will be able to visit.

We are preparing a show site at our Cheshire premises, so you can see how a room is built, compare finishes at full size and ask practical questions in person. It is not open to visitors yet—we will confirm here as soon as it is.

The idea behind SpaceGraft

A new addition should improve the whole home.

SpaceGraft takes its name from architectural grafting: thoughtfully joining something new to an existing structure so that the two work together as a stronger whole.

For a home project, that means thinking beyond the extra square metres. We consider how the new space relates to what is already there through proportion, materials, daylight, movement and everyday use.

Graft: joining a new addition to an existing structure so that both work better together.

That is the thinking behind New space. Made to belong.

How we work

From first conversation to finished space.

01

Understand

Begin with what is not working now and what would make everyday life better.

02

Shape

Develop the right type of project around space, light, materials and connection.

03

Agree

Set out the scope, specification, responsibilities, regulatory route and programme clearly.

04

Deliver

Coordinate the agreed work and carry the details through so the finished space feels complete.

Taken care of

Building Regulations without the paperwork landing on you.

We prepare and submit the application, provide the structural and thermal information, coordinate inspections and supply the evidence needed during the build.

Clear protection

Workmanship and product warranties, properly separated.

We explain which protection comes from SpaceGraft, which comes from a manufacturer and what documentation is provided for the actual project.

Understand our guarantees and aftercare

Good design. Hard graft.

Thoughtful decisions, practical delivery and care in the details.

Tell us what your home needs to do better.
