Website information is general guidance. It is not a quotation, offer, project specification, contract term, promise of planning or Building Regulations approval, or guarantee of price, programme or availability. A project is governed by its quotation, pre-contract information, applicable cancellation information, written order confirmation, installation terms and guarantee documents.

There is no online checkout and no undocumented verbal-only contract route. Website cost guidance, when separately approved for publication, is indicative and is not a binding quotation.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business research. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse the enquiry route or copy material in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

We take reasonable care with website content but a home project depends on its property, site, specification and current regulatory position. External links are provided for context; SpaceGraft does not control the availability or content of third-party websites.
