About SpaceGraft

A home project is personal. The service should feel that way too.

SpaceGraft brings design, manufacture, installation and practical project knowledge together in one small, hands-on team.

Our aim is simple: listen properly, give straightforward advice and create new space that feels right for the home and useful for the people living in it.

A note from the founder

A more joined-up way to improve your home.

SpaceGraft grew from years of seeing what makes a home project work—and what makes it unnecessarily difficult.

Homeowners should not be left trying to join together the structure, approvals, glazing, electrics, plastering and finishing work on their own. They should also be able to have an honest first conversation before they have drawings or a fully formed brief.

That is the service we are building: practical, considered and personal, with one team staying connected to the project from the first visit through to completion.

Why SpaceGraft?

New and existing, considered as one.

A successful addition should not feel like a box that happened to be attached to the house.

We look at how the new room relates to the existing home through scale, roof form, light, materials, movement and everyday use. It does not have to imitate what is already there, but the relationship should feel deliberate.

That is the thinking behind New space. Made to belong.

What customers can expect

Thoughtful where it matters. Straightforward throughout.

We will explain what is realistic, what the project includes and who is responsible for each part before work begins.

Listen first

We begin with the home, the practical problem and the change you want to achieve—not with a predetermined product.

Recommend the right level of work

A focused roof replacement where that is enough; a broader transformation or new room where more is genuinely needed.

Take care of the process

We manage the Building Regulations application, technical information and evidence rather than passing the administration back to you.

See the project through

The agreed elements are coordinated as one complete job, with a small team retaining responsibility for moving it forward.

Good design. Hard graft.

Care in the decisions—and in carrying them through.

Good design is how the room sits, how daylight enters, how people move through it and how the details meet the existing home.

Hard graft is the practical work behind the result: surveying, specifying, manufacturing, preparing, installing and finishing with the same attention to detail.

The team behind SpaceGraft

Small enough to stay connected. Experienced enough to deliver.

You will deal with people who understand the job, not a salesperson who disappears once an order is placed.
